Description
Maintenance-free and built to last, this food-grade polypropylene hive is a joy to work with for any beekeeper. Each box is blow-molded and injected with polyurethane foam, giving it an r-value of 6, which results in no seams or joints to weaken the plastic or for small hive beetles to hide.
Designed with ease of use in mind, it features two sets of handles, one traditional recessed handle for moving a single box, or a larger protruding handle that allows you to move more than one box at a time without undoing the latches. Stainless steel latches secure each component to the next. Each box comes with a latch kit installed.
To connect the parts you can simply fasten the front and back latches
